The Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center is thrilled to welcome you back to the theater for the return of indoor programming. In order to provide the safest experience possible for our patrons and company members, we are complying with all CDC, State, County, and City guidelines and will be updating our protocols regularly to reflect changes in these policies. Changes to our practices will be communicated on this page and will be sent in reminder notices regarding your tickets.

All of our performers, crew members, musicians, and staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and our venue is cleaned daily in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition, our HVAC system utilizes an upgraded filtration system and does not recirculate air. Instead it is set to constantly refresh using outside air.

SVCAC has also moved to a new online ticketing and payment system and upgraded our restrooms to make use of touchless technology.

MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED WHILE VISITING THE CULTURAL ARTS CENTER

Current Ventura County guidelines do not require individuals to wear masks at public indoor gatherings, however all patrons visiting the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center are highly encouraged to wear masks regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be available onsite for patrons who may need one. At this time, SVCAC is not checking vaccination status of patrons attending events at the Center.

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your visit, or been instructed to self-isolate within the last 10 days, we ask that you stay home and contact us to discuss ticket refund or exchange options.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, you automatically assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Due to the ever changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the event status is subject to change. If for some reason we cannot gather safely and an event must be cancelled or postponed, you will be notified of your options at that time.
